Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time we receive your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (with some exceptions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional diving equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Neoprene Clothing (worn items for hygiene reasons)
  • Masks & Snorkels (opened/unsealed products)
  • Tailor Made Wetsuits (custom-sized items)
  • Underwater Games (opened products)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Inspection & Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Shipping

  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
  • Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost
