Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following specialized equipment cannot be returned:
- Neoprene Clothing (worn items for hygiene reasons)
- Masks & Snorkels (opened/unsealed products)
- Tailor Made Wetsuits (custom-sized items)
- Underwater Games (opened products)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Shipping
For approved exchanges:
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
